Terms

All items must be paid for in full prior to removal from Crossmoor Clocks.

All items are sold subject to the understanding that the title does not pass to the purchaser until items are paid for in full.

Responsibility for safety and security of goods passes to the purchaser on removal from Crossmoor Clocks.

While we are happy to arrange delivery/shipments on our customer's behalf at the customer's expense, any liability is between the carrier and customer.

All goods are sold as seen on our premises. While we supply photos and measures of our items, these are for reference, and it is up to the customer to examine and decide on items before purchase

All items purchased from Crossmoor Clocks on the internet are covered under the distance selling regulations which gives buyers the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receipt of the item for a full refund less the initial delivery costs and return transport costs. Any items must be returned in their original purchased condition.
